Conexión Chocolate Hosts Tasting at Prestigious California Culinary School

This week, Conexión Chocolate founder Jenny Samaniego was honored to be the featured guest and to guide a Zoom chocolate talk & tasting for the prestigious Gourmandise School in Santa Monica, CA & The Santa Monica Chocolate Society. Following the successful evening of chocolate decadence and discovery, The Santa Monica Chocolate Society posted that our fearless female founder is “a true inspiration for all women out there who have been told it’s an uphill battle but persevere nonetheless.” 

The evening was positive proof that Covid stay-at-home orders can’t stop chocolate aficionados from sharing tastes and tales, and keeping in connection! We sent chocolate packages ahead of the tasting so everyone on the Zoom call could have an excellent experience. At the tasting, Conexión Chocolate shared three of our couvertures: Esmeraldas 70%Manabi 70%, and Los Rios 70%, and three of our bars: Golden Berries & Coriander 70%, Wasabi & Cacao Nibs 70%, and Pink Salt & Cacao Nibs.
