Note: Please allow up to 2 business days for us to get your order ready and ship it out. During the warmer months, we do not ship chocolate over the weekend due to unpredictable temperatures.
We love and enjoy each of our products and hope that you will too! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your chocolate, we want to hear from you. We will either replace it or find another solution that works for you.To initiate a return:
- Please send an email to support-at-conexionchocolate.com.
- Include your Order # and any other helpful information about what you were not happy with.
- We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days. If we replace your chocolate or complete your refund, no further action on your part will be needed. In the case of a refund, we will reverse the charge the form of your original payment.
Changes to an order: Please respond to your order confirmation email or send an email to support-at-conexionchocolate.com with your Order # and your requested changes. We cannot guarantee a change to your order, though we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
