• During warm weather, we schedule shipments with extra care to help preserve the quality of your chocolate and minimize weekend transit holds.
• For best results, we recommend placing orders Monday–Wednesday; orders placed Thursday or Friday may be scheduled for the following business day.
• Upon delivery, please bring your package indoors promptly, as outdoor exposure may affect the condition of the chocolate.
• Once your order is handed to the carrier, heat exposure, transit delays, and handling conditions are outside Conexión Chocolate’s control.
• All orders require one business day to process.
