We take great strides to develop the exquisite and unique bouquet of aromas and flavors that will inspire and empower your creations. By producing our couverture at origin, we are able to be involved during critical stages of growth and fermentation, and we are able to respond nimbly to any challenges that arise during or between seasons.

Ecuador is home to the world-renowned Arriba Naciónal heirloom cacao. Arriba is prized for its ethereal floral aromas and divine fruity flavors. We have developed two different creation methods to highlight all this magical fruit has to offer – our Virgin (minimally processed) line and our traditional Roasted line.

Our chocolate couvertures are made with a single origin Arriba Nacional Cacao beans selected from the finest cacao regions of Ecuador - Manabi, Los Rios, Esmeraldas, and Pichincha. Our chocolate has been carefully crafted and roasted in different intensities to develop its exquisite and unique bouquet of floral aromas and fruity flavors that will empower your creations.
