Notably, being recognized as one of Dessert Professionals' Top 10 Pastry Chefs in 2014 affirmed his status as a luminary in the field. For an impressive 17 years, Chef Derek served as Valrhona's corporate pastry chef for North America, sharing his expertise through master classes across continents. Adding to his culinary repertoire, Chef Derek co-hosts the culinary podcast, @untemperedpodcast, where he spreads knowledge on all things chocolate.
